When to Arrive and Depart
The conference will be held from the evening of February 27 through the evening of March 1. During the day on February 27, we will hold a day-long Pre-Conference Institute. If you are attending the Institute Day (February 27, 2012), we recommend that you arrive on Sunday, February 26, 2012. If you are not attending the Institute Day, we recommend you arrive early on Monday, February 27, 2012. Although opening events will begin at approximately 5:00 PM on Monday, February 27, 2012, we recommend that you arrive early to register (pick up your name badge) before the evening event on Monday.
When departing, we recommend that you leave on Friday, March 2, 2012 so you can attend closing evening events on Thursday, March 1, 2012.
You may want to arrive a few days earlier or stay a few days later to do some local sightseeing.
