Technology/Media Sponsor
The 2nd World Conference of Women’s Shelters will be using new media and social media to raise awareness about the conference as well as providing opportunities for delegates to network and meet. The technology and media sponsor will be the exclusive sponsor for all technology activities, including the media tech lounge, the technology institute track, and more. There will be many opportunities for sponsors to be visible in online spaces and at the conference.
Conference Materials Sponsor
All delegates will receive a USB jump drive featuring the sponsor’s logo. The jump drive will be filled with conference materials that delegates will use frequently and refer to well after the conference has ended.
Conference Bag Sponsor
The conference bag is always a popular keepsake, and sponsorship of the delegate bag provides the sponsor with an excellent marketing opportunity during the conference week and exposure for years beyond. The sponsor’s logo will be printed next to the conference logo on the front of the bag.
T-Shirt Sponsor
Highly visible, volunteers will help in all areas of the conference and provide delegates with assistance throughout the conference. The names and logos of the sponsors will be featured on the T-shirt, ensuring high visibility for the sponsoring organizations. Exclusive sponsorship is negotiable.
Water Stations/Bottles Sponsor
We’re going green! Water stations will be conveniently placed throughout the convention space for delegates to refill their water bottles. Signage above each water station will include the sponsor’s name and logo. The logo of the sponsor will be featured on the water bottles that each delegate will use throughout the conference. The sponsor will also receive discounted exhibition space.
Lanyard Sponsor
The lanyard, with the sponsor name and logo printed on the cord, is highly visible and will be worn by every delegate throughout the conference.
Daily News Sponsor
Daily updated agendas will be provided to delegates, prominently featuring sponsors’ logos.
Plenary Flyers Sponsor
Flyers will be distributed to delegates at each plenary session. Flyers must be relevant to the conference and may feature sponsors’ logos, satellite sessions, or exhibitions.
Bookmarks Sponsor
The sponsor will provide 3,000 printed bookmarks to be included in the delegate bag. The bookmarks must be approved by the conference organizers.
Writing Pads & Pens Sponsor
The sponsor will provide 3,000 writing pads/pens to be included in the delegate bag. The writing pads/pens must be approved by the conference organizers.
Program Book Advertisements
The program book is distributed to all delegates when they check in at the registration desk. It will provide comprehensive information for the conference.
