Sponsor A Delegate

Many advocates and programs do life-saving work with very little financial resources every day. The little funding that is available often goes toward helping survivors and not toward professional development or building capacity.

Delegate scholarships will help make the conference as accessible and beneficial to a wide variety of delegates from all regions of the globe, especially those in resource-limited communities and settings. Scholarships will help relieve the financial burden for participants by offsetting all or some of the out-of-pocket costs they must pay to attend the conference.

  • $275 – 1-day Institute registration for NGO delegate.
  • $650 – 3-day conference registration for one NGO delegate.
  • $50–100 – Roundtrip ground transportation to and from Washington, DC area airport and hotel.
  • $400–500 – Meals for one delegate for Institute Day and Conference.
  • $400–500 – Roundtrip domestic airfare.
  • $1,000 – 1,500 – Roundtrip international airfare.
  • $1,040–1,300 – 4-5 night hotel stay at the Gaylord Hotel & Convention Center (includes taxes).
  • $2,815 – 3,325 – Full conference costs for one US delegate.
  • $3,415 – 4,325 – Full conference costs for one international delegate.
